A short book, kind of a long blog post with 64 rules on how to eat food, mostly plants and not too much. It is like the action log for the previous book by Michael Pollan.

Key Takeaways:
Everything here is a takeaway, very brief explanations as the author confirms that this is a manual with rules in simple language. All the science to back these is in a separate book.

1- Don't eat with ingredients that you can't pronounce
2- Don't eat food that is advertised for health benefits
3- Avoid foods you see advertised on television

etc. etc.

Simple and effective ... buying this would force you to think about some of the rules here and you will be better off.
